Two Pillars of Partnering
We pursue an ambitious growth strategy with two central pillars:
1. Geographic expansion: We focus on regions with growing demand for solutions in the areas of obesity and oral health. To enable rapid expansion, we have significantly expanded our production capacities and supply chains. We can reliably supply new markets from day one following approval. In addition, we adapt our products to local requirements—for example, through country-specific packaging, language versions, or product-specific enhancements that take regional preferences into account.
2. Portfolio expansion: We invest in so-called label and portfolio expansions. This includes clinical trials to expand indications that can open up new market segments. At the same time, we develop new products with partners, such as digital medical devices, or incorporate Rx and OTC products from licensing partners into our distribution territory.
International Distribution Partners
We place great value on our distribution partners and view them as an extension of our team. To ensure a successful partnership, we have defined criteria and requirements that companies should meet if they wish to distribute our products in new markets. If you are interested in becoming a distribution partner, please review the following requirements, which describe the ideal profile and the desired
competencies:
- Regulatory expertise
Experience with the regulatory classification and approval of medical devices or health products in the target market. Ability to reliably manage registrations, import permits, and local compliance. - Market experience in the healthcare or obesity market
Knowledge of the local market for weight management or health products. Existing contacts with pharmacies, physicians, or other relevant professional circles are an advantage. - Established distribution channels
Access to pharmacies, specialty healthcare retailers, clinics, or established online distribution channels. Ability to ensure stable distribution and a strong presence at the point of sale. - Medical and scientific marketing expertise
Ability to inform healthcare professionals about studies, mechanisms of action, and the use of our products. Ideally, this should be supported by a medical sales force or training programs for pharmacists and physicians. - Marketing and launch expertise
Willingness to actively position products and implement marketing initiatives.
Development and implementation of an ambitious market launch and growth plan. - Financial stability and logistics
Financial capacity for initial orders and marketing investments.
Reliable logistics and warehousing structures to ensure continuous delivery capability.
